Old Links is a popular nine-hole course whilst the Municipal
Course attracts many enthusiasts. Formby Ladies'
Golf Club, a beautiful and challenging course, welcomes
all groups and special rates can be obtained for lady golfers.
Two recent additions to the Southport area are Hurlston
Hall and Formby Hall golf clubs. Other clubs
in the immediate vicinity include Ormskirk, Penwortham
and Dean Wood, all of which offer first-class parkland
courses. Easily accessible are the famous Royal Lytham
and Royal Liverpool Hoylake for those who prefer
the challenge of other Open Championship Courses.
The Choice Is Yours! - But to guarantee your golfing
requests, early booking is essential. Remember also that
weekend and Bank Holiday golf is more expensive and not
always available to visitors when club competitions are
being played.
